Observations are collected using the Survey123 app.
Step 1: Download and install Survey123 on your device.
a) Install the Survey 123 app (see links) You do not need to log in.
b) Close the app and go to step 2.
Step 2) Load the prairie-chicken observation survey.
Scan the QR code with your phone's camera and click on the link that appears. Or open Survey123 and use the QR code reader in the Search bar.

Solution: After you have installed the app, return to this page and click on the yellow box below.
